Williams Construction is a Colorado owned and operated general contracting firm. Since opening its doors in 1983, Williams has striven to provide its customers with highest level of quality service, innovation, and integrity in all facets of business. With a focus on Commercial Construction, we now complete 30-50 primary projects each year ranging from small maintenance oriented work to 20 million dollar projects. Our current bonding capacity is 6 million on any single project, 10 million dollar aggregate. Our bonding rate is a very competitive 1.14%. Williams Construction is licensed in every major jurisdiction throughout Colorado.
