First-generation Downtown Denver build-out of a suave and elegant restaurant/bar. The project is located on the ground floor of a multi-story apartment complex. The restaurant contains both full kitchen and full bar concepts displaying an array of distinct and creative high-end finishes. Renovation of existing restaurant and conversion
to new restaurant concept. This project fused the
concepts of Rose and Thorn’s full service
restaurant with Double Barrel Club’s full service bar and Cuban influenced speak-easy to deliver this
one-of-a-kind Denver experience. Work was conducted on two levels for this project, comprising two separate restaurants who share the same tenant lease space. Construction was performed in the historic St. Elmo building with adjacent restaurant tenant, and multi-story office tenant occupants above.

New ground-floor restaurant constructed in Downtown Denver less than five minutes from Elitch Gardens. This beautifully crafted and intimate full service restaurant contains both a full kitchen and bar as well as a stunning high end dining room, expertly finished with the perfect high end lighting package. Work was performed with neighboring tenants and multi-story building occupants present. Building regulations and safety precautions were carefully and continually monitored throughout this project.

District. With a quick-serve concept in mind, Sweetgreen is equipped with a full kitchen and salad bar.

within limited/confined space throughout the duration of the project.

AMATO’S ALE HOUSE
Tap house conversion and addition in Downtown Denver debuting one of Denver’s very first restaurants with a rooftop patio and restaurant space equipped with a full bar and kitchen. Overlooking Downtown Denver at the corner of 15th and Central St., Amato’s offers a full service kitchen, full rooftop bar, and a dining experience that can only be found in one very memorable place – right here, in beautiful Denver, Colorado.

FOUR FRIENDS KITCHEN
Content: Four Friends Kitchen is another repeat customer of Williams Construction. This second location required the conversion of an existing restaurant into a new layout, catered to the breakfast crowd of University of Denver. A new bar was constructed, along with kitchen and restroom renovations, dining room finishes, and a fun waiting area on the patio.

CHOICE MARKET
Skyhouse and PARQ locations are both a first generation tenant build out of a state of the art convenience market with a full commercial kitchen. Each project was performed on the ground level of a class A apartment complex building. Scope of work included tie-ins to building HVAC systems with new scrubber, hood systems, accommodations with structural concrete slab, and new electrical and gas services. Coordination of an AiFi security system entailing 189 cameras to track customer purchases for a touchless checkout, was a unique challenge, and first of its kind, in Colorado.

Tenant Finish of beautiful and modern hand and foot care boutique. Work included coordinating with the Owner’s equipment and specific ventilation requirements. As with all franchise groups, Williams coordinates closely with the franchisor (corporate) to assure common trade dress and branding is adhered to, as well.

Along with several ground-up builds, Williams has built-out the interiors, renovated, and refreshed over fifty locations for this perennial fitness center group. Projects entailed everything from small ‘Express’ locations, to full service locations with pools, free weights, indoor/outdoor training areas, basketball courts, locker rooms, spin, yoga, boxing, and Pilates class rooms, as well as locker rooms, smoothie bars, and child care accommodations.

Williams has built-out the interiors and renovated over 10 locations for this fast growing fitness center group. Facilities were built for franchisees, as well as corporate owned centers, and most units were put into vacated grocer and big-box retail spaces. Projects entailed façade renovations, parking lot renovations, and interior tenant finish work.
