This child care and learning center was constructed of all wood framing. A zero setback retaining wall was built on the on property line. Storm detention was constructed, and all new water, sewer, electrical, HVAC, and gas services were brought into the building. Exterior work included coordination and installation of modern fabricated playgrounds.

Along with several ground-up builds, Williams has built-out the interiors, renovated, and refreshed over one hundred locations for this perennial fitness center group. Projects entailed everything from small ‘Express’ locations, to full service locations with pools, free weights, indoor/outdoor training areas, basketball courts, locker rooms, spin, yoga, boxing, and Pilates class rooms, as well as locker rooms, smoothie bars, and child care accommodations.
